Student FAQ's

I need to book into a First Aid or another course.

With over 300 training partners throughout Australia we are sure to have a trainer within your area. Click on the Looking for Training (Individual or Group) button as appropriate. Complete and submit your training requirements include as much detail as possible to ensure we can meet your needs. If a trainer is available they will make contact with you directly.

I need to refresh my First Aid certificate -I don’t remember who my trainer was and don’t have my certificate or card

That's easy simply complete the Looking for Individual Training Form with your details. If you have previously received training from an Allens Trainer or Partner then our system will notify the partner of your request for a First Aid refresher course and they will be in contact with you.

If you do have your wallet card Allens Training Pty Ltd can still assist. Give us a call or leave a message using our Contact Us form and we can follow up with the trainer

I have lost/damaged or incorrect spelling on my First Aid Certificate and require a replacement

We can organise a reprint of your certificate. There is an administration charge of $22.00 for your reprint.

I completed my course XX days ago and still have not received my certificate

We ship our certificates through Australia Post, and they advise this can take up to two weeks to reach you after it has been posted. This is due to a number of shipping factors that are out of our control. If you have concerns, please contact your trainer direct

Do I get a wallet card with my certificate?

All accredited courses through Allens Training include the Statement of Attainment and a wallet card – except for Construction Induction (Whitecard) courses as they have a separate card requirement.

I have found someone else's wallet card how do I return it?

Option 1: Return the card to our Head Office at PO Box 1265, Goulburn NSW 2580. We will return the card direct to the student.

Option 2: If the card has been handed in at a Police Station, please email the station address and student name to and we can contact the student to collect their card
